Project manager, specialist in the development of low-voltage equipment in HR Solutions Studio

We are currently looking for a project manager/specialist in the development of low-voltage equipment, who will lead the new technical direction of the company. Our ideal candidate is a real engineer by profession and a talented organizer by vocation, who is ready to work on strategic tasks related to expanding the product line, improving existing products, and putting products into mass production. What you will have to do: planning and organization of work at all stages of putting products into production, communication with related departments to achieve the overall result; analysis of competitive solutions, market research, development of new product concepts; calculation of the cost of the solution and preparation of a technical proposal in accordance with the customer's request; development and implementation of a set of technical solutions for the production of new types of products; development of technical tasks for specialists in related areas (technical technical specifications for structural engineering, technical specifications for electronics, etc.); preparation of a set of technical and accompanying documentation for the release of finished products; testing and acceptance of experimental samples; integration of solutions in the customer's system; technical sales support. What will be needed for this? 3 years or more of work experience in production (preferably in this segment and/or related industries); specialized higher education in electrical engineering, energy, electronic systems engineering, etc.; understanding of the principles of low-voltage equipment; experience in managing projects and teams; independence and a responsible approach to the fulfillment of tasks.
