Project Management:
 
•Full coordination of projects - from contract signing to final closing.
•Detailed study of technical, construction and organizational aspects of projects to ensure accurate planning and implementation
•Control of deadlines, budget, quality and risks - with a focus on result.

Working with clients and contractors:

•Negotiations with clients, partners and subcontractors.
•Regular communication regarding project status, managing expectations and agreeing changes.
•Resolving conflict and non-standard situations.

Coordination of departments:

•Communication with commercial, financial, technical departments to resolve issues related to project implementation.
•Ensuring the exchange of information between units related to the project, for prompt resolution of issues.
•Visits to construction sites to monitor the progress of work, check compliance with plans and quality standards.

Key competencies for this positions:

 •Experience as a project manager from 3 years in the construction or energy sector. 
• Confident negotiation skills with clients and contractors. 
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions, manage several projects in parallel. 
• Ability to take responsibility, keep focus on the result andbring projects to the final stage.
• High level of micro-control of key project stages without losing speed of implementation.
