We are looking for a Project Manager of the Department of Security

Key responsibilities:

• management of local and strategic DB projects, implementation of effective measures to achieve project goals;
• analysis and management of operational and other risks arising at various phases of projects/processes ;
• collection and analysis of information, consolidation and design of materials/presentations regarding the implementation of projects at all stages of implementation, organization and holding of meetings, gatherings, seminars, practical classes, etc.;
• planning , accounting and practical implementation of tasks within the current processes and procedures of the Bank;
• coordination of the physical risk management process, reduction of physical risks for personnel and improvement of the level of comprehensive security of the Bank's branches/premises.;
• implementation of modern measures and improvement of existing processes and procedures for complex security of personnel and assets;
• organization, coordination and control of measures aimed at reducing the risks of attacks on employees;
• support and improvement of processes DB in terms of the security of the bank's personnel and assets, the protection of facilities;
• coordination of the process and implementation of modern methods of control over the quality of the provision of security services;
• control and support of staff training activities in the event of emergencies;
• analysis of control data of control plans, provision of consultations and recommendations in order to eliminate critical security issues;
• determination of the level of physical security, development of recommendations aimed at reducing general physical risks, conducting comprehensive security expertise.

BASIC SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Complete higher education
• Experience by direction preferably in law enforcement agencies or in the Bank.
• Knowledge of SAP software, skills in working with Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Teams, Edge), Power point, etc.
• Knowledge of building systems: OTS, OPS, SKUD, SVS.
• Knowledge of governing government documents, regulatory requirements, norms and standards in the field of banking security: PNBU Resolution No. 63 dated 10.02.16 with amendments and additions to PNBU No. 93 dated 08.14.18, and PNBU No. 168 dated 12.28.19, No. 8 dated 01.27.2022, etc.
• English– Upper Intermediate
