Project manager / Scrum master in Dashdevs

It provides its users with flexible payment options, real-time spending insights, and robust security measures, enhancing their financial management and shopping experiences.About youA minimum of 3 years of commercial experience as a Project manager / Scrum masterProject manager in software development projects (preferable in Fintech)Strong knowledge of every phase of software developmentExperience with Jira, Confluence and project management softwareAbility to prioritize and to control the deadlinesAbility to set up the processes and guide the Agile teamLean development focusCritical thinkingAbility to plan and manage releasesB2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higherRisks analisys and risks managementWould be a plusExperience with Fintech and Banking domainsTechnical backgroundPM or SM certifications ResponsibilitiesLeading and guiding project teams using Agile methodologies according to project needsCollaborating with stakeholders to form and prioritize backlog for your teamPlanning predictable releases and meeting the agreed deadlinesEnsuring that project documentation (product and technical) is consistently updated and maintainedCommunicating with the team, making sure everyone is moving according to set goals
