Project Manager/Scrum Master віддалено We’re looking for aproactive Project Manager/Scrum Master who does well indynamic and fast-growing environments, enjoys tackling challenges, and shows leadership tojoin the new teams inthe project ofour customers. They provide SaaS solutions that help companies tooptimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning &execution, processes automation and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for better predictions and prevention ofdisruptions across the businesses. The project focuses oncreating concepts and MVPs that the Customer’s sales department will use toengage new clients. Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings Collaborate proactively with stakeholders toreach acommon understanding ofthe best solution needed; moderate meetings and workshops Develop good relationships with the development teams and stakeholders Ensure that the team follows Agile values and principles and coach the team inAgile methodologies and soft skills Identify and resolve any issues that may affect achieving sprint and scope goal Escalate any issues that cannot beresolved within the team Maintain accurate and up-to-date records ofthe team’s progress, using tools such asburn-down charts and velocity charts (Jira management) Protect the team from outside interruptions and establish ahealthy environment for your team todevelop projects and individuals Take ownership ofthe project deliverables Manage and lead the Scrum team Contribute toacontinuous improvement ofEdvantis PMO/BAO Requirements: Atleast 3years ofexperience inITProject management and atleast 1year participating indynamic environments like creating POCs, discovery stages, MVP, and pre-sales Experience inbudget planning and successful project execution interms ofthe budget Being aproactive, analytical, structural, leader with problem-solving mind set Ability toanalyze and build abstract models with complex branched relationships Ability tocoach and mentor team members from different countries inthe use ofScrum and/or other Agile frameworks Ability tofacilitate decision-making meetings within the stakeholders Strong ability toprioritize, meet deadlines, and manage change requests Proficiency inusing Jira Fluency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability tomanage software functional and non-functional requirements Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, including technical and writing English level— Upper-Intermediate orhigher Will beaplus: Experience working oninternational markets and communicating with foreign clients and teammates Weoffer: Career and professional growth Competitive salary Friendly and highly professional teams Big and comfortable office, own parking area, restaurants nearby Medical insurance coverage for employees (Сovid-19included), plus anoption for family insurance coverage atacorporate rate Paid 12sick leaves and all holidays Paid 18working vacation days English/Gegerman language courses Ability to work remotely (we provide all equipment)
