Project manager/Scrum Master in NovaPay

• Project management experience in banking/transaction business/implementation of technological products/management of IT teams from 3 years
• Knowledge of project management methodology
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Ability to organize the work of multifunctional teams< /li>
• English proficiency level B1 and above
• Ability to manage a portfolio of projects (monitoring compliance with implementation deadlines, prioritization of tasks within the project and between projects, reporting)
• Preparation skills presentation materials to display the status of projects
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders, vendors, members of project teams
• Skills in formulating business requirements for automating business processes within the framework of the company’s activities
• Ability to create and adapt project management and software development methodology to the specifics of the Company's work.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience of working with foreign financial companies/banks;
• Experience of working with flexible software development management methodologies (Agile, Scrum);
• Business experience -analyst / system analyst;
• Experience with technology stack: nodejs (js / ts), PostgreSQL, containerization (docker, lxc), cloud environments.

Tasks:

• Organization of the work of teams of business analysts: planning, prioritization, control of deadlines, organization of interaction with other divisions, managementbecoming a team resource
• Regular meetings with the team to increase the effectiveness of team work results
• Managing the prioritization of tasks, managing the technical backlog of tasks
• Organizing the demonstration of the finished functionality
• Conducting retrospectives with customers on the results of implementation
• Organizational support of releases with updating of software versions and the process after the release of technical support, support of product commissioning
• Identification and prevention of risks, that can affect the progress of the development
• Interaction with the Customer (internal and external): conducting interviews, agreeing on requirements, organizing the processes of acceptance testing and following up after the implementation of the development
• Monitoring and managing tasks within the framework of incident management for development teams
• Analysis of non-standard requests related to the operation of software or IT functions
• Formation and control of compliance with the methodology of the Project Office
• Ensuring organizational needs of the team (meeting planning, minutes, work plan management, etc.)
• Description and optimization of internal IT processes
