Project manager (remote work) in MOVER, Zhurnal

MOVER magazine is an international publication that has been published in print and electronic format since 2016. Specializes in PR projects that include filming and advertising placement. Published in USA, Europe and UAE.

We are currently looking for a talented and responsible Manager projects, which will help us expand our capabilities and improve work efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, developing business strategies and interacting with the team.

Duties: 

• Customer management after payment, control of service provision;

• Coordinating clients for magazine;

• Negotiations with the magazine;

• Executing administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, event and travel planning, calendar management, etc.

• Ensuring the flow of information between management and various departments of the company. 

• Supporting the manager in managing projects and performing various tasks. 

• Organization and coordination of remote photo projects (team selection and process coordination).

• Preparation of reports, presentations and other documents at the request of management. 

• Monitoring issues, working on results, proposing innovations and solving problems.

• Resolving controversial \ conflict situations with clients.

Requirements:

• English C1 (there may be a need to conduct telephone conversations in English);

• Experience of working in the Republic of Moldova as a manager or sales manager;

• Organizational skills, communication skills, independence.

• Self-discipline.
