International distributor of professional cosmetics and preparations for aesthetic medicine, looking forProject Manager,who will coordinate projects and tasks internally agencies The main role is to manage the flow of tasks from internal customers, distribute them among executors, monitor deadlines and help the team bring projects to completion.

Responsibilities:
• Reception and processing of requests from internal departments;

• Collection of additional information from the customer;"> entry into the project management system;

• Control of task deadlines and coordinationnation of team work;

• Managing several projects and tasks in parallel, prioritizing incoming requests;

• Monitoring of tasks among performers;">Formation of reports on the status of projects tasks;

• Participation in improving task management processes and internal work processes.




2+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Account Manager; experience with task management systems (Alaio, Asana, Trello, Jira or similar); implementation;

• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SMM, targeting, contextual advertising, banner advertising, email marketing);

• The ability to multitask;

  Hard skills:

  • Working with task management systems (Alaio, Trello or similar); basic principles of PMBOK (schedule management, content management, resource management);

  • Skills for planning and monitoring the execution of tasks;
