Project Manager (REMOTE) in Altalogy

A boutique design and engineering studio working with tech startups and VC firms.

• Fintech/Crypto/SaaS/Biotech companies looking for UX/UI design help
• Seed/Series A venture capital firms looking for rebranding
• Tech startups looking for engineering help to polish their interfaces with great attention to detail.

• We like “studio” over “agency” because we’re not the middleman between the talent and the client. We work together, help each other, and own our successes and failures together.
• We don’t provide performance marketing services, ads, or click-through improvements etc.
• Our clients hire us for distinctive designs rather than for quick optimizations such as buy button A/B testing.

We're looking for a Project Manager who will help us manage our ongoing client relationships and build new ones while being involved in the majority of project-related operations.

What you day-to-day will look like

• Ongoing communication with clients and team members
• Team management & task prioritisation
• Managing timelines across multiple projects
• Project planning, progress checks (+ scope creeps monitoring), and hand-offs
• Supporting project reporting & invoicing
• Internal processes optimisation
• Video calls with clients (Mostly US timezones)
• Estimations, proposals, prospect calls, and contracts

About you

Ownership

You own projects and you're self-driven. You are comfortable with managing the team, tracking progress and timelines, and keeping clients and team members on the same page.

Curiosity and Tech Enthusiast

While you don't have to be familiar with all the stuff we do or industries our clients build products in, we'd love you to learn on the fly.

Ask questions and think of ways how to add value. Stay curious!

Great Communicator

From a small talk, through advisory to announcing big decisions. Interacting with you is (almost) always a delight. You are also great at listening, asking questions to give people an opportunity to share their knowledge and express their opinions. English C1+ is more than desired. Internally, if you can use a meme instead of writing 10 paragraphs, that’s awesome ;)

Eye for design

We cherish good design, and we hope you do too. Why is it important? If you notice some glitches and things that may have been done better in your opinion, you communicate it to the team before client receives it. If you used Figma before, that's awesome ;)

Flexibility

Final QA before hand-off? Tough conversation with a client? Some paperwork related to crafting proposals? You're up for the challenge - we understand not everything lies in your sweetspot, but when needed, you don't leave the ring.

5. We'll let you know if it's a go/no-go in a few business days. In both cases, we'll provide detailed feedback on your assignment.
