What does the specialist do:
- reengineering bank processes: review and analysis of organizational and functional structure of the Bank, principles of their work, methodology;
- identification of inconsistencies in the processes, their elimination;
- optimization of the economic efficiency of the Bank's processes.
- consolidation of information on the process, organization of the project team, "start" of the project;
- modeling of the process (description of the process "as it is");
- monitoring of the execution of the process (immersion in the process);
- measurements by process (definition and study of existing process indicators, including load);
- identification of deviations in the process;
- process analysis: determination of time, added value and losses, their causes and consequences;
- reorganization of processes;
- development and coordination of actions to eliminate deviations, process problems and to reduce losses;
- modeling of changes / creation of a new process (description of the process “as it should be”).
Desire for knowledge and experience:
- minimum 2 years of work experience in process management (in the financial, banking, or investment spheres) or in a managerial position in the direction of supporting the bank's operational activities;
- work experience in change management and project management;
- management, communication and presentation skills;
- English language proficiency at least upper-intermediate (both orally and in writing).
