We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the Promova team. The main purpose of this role is to set up and manage processes within one team, which includes Resource/ Task/ Risk management of projects. Promova is a language learning platform consisting of a mobile application, a website, group courses and individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 14 million times, users have completed 35 million lessons together. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy the top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. Within the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots. Your area of ​​influence: Risk management— transparently plan the team's sprints, taking into account all possible risks known to us at the moment; People management—plan the workload, adjust vacations, and help develop devs by combining tasks (paired with the Growth manager) Task validation—validate team requests and form a team of tasks with transparent requests and deadlines for the development team and Growth managers. For this you will need: Work experience of 2 years in the position of Project Manager; Knowledge of software development methodologies; Understanding of development processes, loading, development planning; Knowledge of the English language at the Upper Intermediate level; Advanced Jira/ Notion proficiency.
