Project Manager (Promova) in Boosters (by Genesis)

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the Promova team. The main purpose of this role is to set up and manage processes within the development team that deals with marketing tasks.

Promova is a language learning platform consisting of a mobile app, website, group courses and one-to-one lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 14 million times, and users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy the top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. And over the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots.

Your area of ​​influence:

• Risk management - transparently plan the team's sprints, taking into account all possible risks known to us at the moment;
• People management - plan the workload, adjust vacations and help in the development of devs, combining tasks together with the Growth manager);< /li>
• Task validation - validate team requests and form tasks with a transparent request and deadlines for the development team and Growth managers of the squad.

For this you will need:

• 2 years of work experience as a Project Manager;
• Knowledge of software development methodologies;
• Understanding of development processes, uploading, development planning;
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper Intermediate level and above;
• Advanced level of knowledge of Jira / Notion.
• Understanding, how performance marketing works (paid / organic / analytics) and with which services integration is possible - will be a plus.
