We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the Promova team. The main objective of this role is to set up and manage processes within a single development team that handles marketing tasks, which includes Resource / Task / Risk management of projects.

Promova is a language learning platform that consists of a mobile app, a website, group courses and individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 14 million times, and users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy a top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. And over the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots.

Your area of ​​influence:

• Risk management - transparently plan team sprints, taking into account all possible risks;
• People management - plan workload, adjust vacations and help develop developers by combining tasks (paired with Growth manager)
• Task validation - validate team requests and shape development teams and Growth managers task squad with transparent request and deadlines.

For this you will need:

• Work experience of 2 years in the position of Project Manager;
• Knowledge of software development methodologies;
• Understanding of development processes, loading, development planning;
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper Intermediate level and above;
• Advanced knowledge of Jira / Notion;
• Understanding how performance marketing works (paid / organic / analytics) and with which services integration is possible. Experience in managing a team that has set up a performance marketing team for a client will be a big plus (agency experience).
