We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the Promova team. The primary purpose of this role is to set up and manage processes within a single development team that handles marketing tasks, including Resource / Task / Risk project management.
Promova is a language learning platform that consists of a mobile app, a website, group courses and one-on-one lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 14 million times, and users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy a top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. And over the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots.
Your area of influence:
- Risk management - transparently plan sprints teams, taking into account all possible risks;
- People management - plan the workload, adjust vacations and help in the development of developers by combining tasks (paired with the Growth manager)
- Task validation - validate team requests and form tasks with a transparent request and deadlines for the development team and Growth managers.
For this you will need:
- Work experience from 2 years in the position of Project Manager;
- Knowledge of software development methodologies;
- Understanding development processes, uploading, development planning;

- Knowledge of the English language at the Upper Intermediate level and above;
- Advanced level of knowledge of Jira / Notion;
- Understanding how performance marketing works (paid / organic / analytics) and with which services integrations are possible. Experience in managing a team that has set up a performance marketing team for a client will be a big plus (agency experience).
