We offer:

• Salary $1200, consists of a rate $1,000 and a $200 bonus for KPI fulfillment.

What you will do:

• Assist in project management. This includes scheduling meetings in Google Calendar, organizing workflows, assigning tasks and checking their completion.
• Execute short- and medium-term tasks from the CEO. Tasks include finding information, arranging interviews with clients, writing notes and summaries, etc.
• Assist with marketing tests and experiments: this may include finding X (Twitter) influencers or managing A/B tests on web site.
• Join negotiations with contractors and possible partners. Help hire new employees and organize interviews. Manage basic customer chats such as responding to emails and customer feedback.

You will be expected to:

• English language proficiency at B2, C1 or higher, as you will be working with the US market.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager / Founder Assistant / Marketing Manager.
• Ability to solve complex problems and perform tasks carefully.
• High level of skills in working with Google Sheets.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and flows.


An advantage will be:

• Experience with the US market.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with SaaS products.

Having all of the above would be helpful, but not required.
