Project Manager (Full-Time, technical direction) in SoftBam

We are a development team that works with the technical infrastructure for media buying (arbitration) teams. We are looking for a Project Manager who will take over communication with clients, setting tasks for the team and monitoring execution. We are for you if you understand how sites, services, integrations are arranged, and can translate the client's request into a clear, understandable task for developers

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients in Telegram, clarifying the details of the task
• Checking the availability of all resources to complete the task
• Setting tasks for developers in the task tracker (Trello)
• Monitoring execution, checking the result before handing over to the client
• Maintaining tables with accesses in Google Sheets - General control over the technical part projects

Format of work:

• Full-time, about 5-6 hours of work per day
  
  Schedule:
• Monday - Friday + Saturday - reduced day (part-time format, if necessary
• It is important to be in touch during the working day and promptly respond to the tasks of the team and clients
• Work in a dynamic environment where tasks are small, but require quick solutions and communication

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position (for example: Project Manager / coordinator / integrator) from 1 year
• Understanding how the web works: sites, servers, integrations, CRM, trackers
• Experience with CRM and trackers (Keitaro, Binom) will be an advantage, not mandatory
• Responsibility, systematicity, attention to details
• In-depth understanding of client requests
• Constant online presence (Telegram, Trello)
