Hello! We are the Charitable Foundation "Klub Dobrodiyiv", an all-Ukrainian charitable organization that has been helping Ukrainian children and teenagers since 2016. During our work, we:

• implemented more than 150 life-changing projects that gave children new opportunities;
• united more than 1,000 responsible adults into a community of support;
• attracted more than 200 million hryvnias, which turned into tangible changes for teenagers - those who will soon shape the future of Ukraine;
• supported more than 300,000 children and teenagers from all corners of the country during a full-scale war;
• and have opened Place of Power - a transformative space for supporting and developing teenagers! Since its opening, Place of Strength has been visited by more than 20,000 visitors. We are currently in a period of scaling and major organizational transformation. We are calling for additional forces to the team who will support our plans, share the ambitions and values ​​of supporting teenagers! Among other roles, we are looking for a talented person for the role of Project Manager! style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">
• Operational management of the project on a daily basis (planning, task tracking, monitoring of deadlines).
• Decomposition of project goals into specific tasks and monitoring of their implementation, work with project indicators (KPI, outputs, outcomes).
• Coordination of the work of involved functions (communications, finance, MEAL, partners, etc.).
• Maintenance of project documentation (plans, budgets, timelines, statuses), collection, verification and preparation of data for reporting.
• Timely identification of risks and their proactive resolution.
• Control of budget use together with the financial department.
• Regular communication with stakeholders regarding statuses, risks and results.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS THAT WILL BE NEEDED:

• 2 years of project coordination or management experience;
• experience of working with cross-functional teams (experience of working with international or grant projects will be an advantage);
• understanding of the full project cycle (planning - implementation - reporting), experience in working with budgets;
• strong communication skills, planning, prioritization and tracking of tasks, ;
• systematic, attention to details, responsibility for the result;
• ability to work with uncertainty and quickly make decisions.
