GOGreenlandia in partnership with Norwegian National Aid (NPAid) invites a mproject manager for a successful performing the tasks of the "Complex approach to crisis response" project, aimed at increasing public awareness of security during crisis situations. Our goal is to provide people with knowledge and skills for self-defense in extreme situations, including in war. style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">

Strategic planning and general management of all stages of project implementation;

Development, monitoring and control of the budget, ensuring rational and transparent use of resources;

Risk management, prompt decision-making and adjustment of plans if necessary;

Project presentation at meetings with donors, partners, by local authorities and other stakeholders;

Team management: distribution of functions, setting tasks, holding regular meetings, monitoring implementation;

Ensuring compliance with donor standards, requirements of humanitarian principles and internal policies of the organization;

Monitoring the progress of project implementation, control of deadlines, indicators and quality of implementation of activities;

Preparation of analytical, final and interim reports, including evaluation of results;

Ensuring effective information exchange within the team and with key stakeholders.

Requirements for the candidate:

Experience in management positions - mandatory (preferably in the public sector or international organizations);
Good communication skills - both oral and written;
Strategic planning and team coordination skills;
Confident command of Ukrainian and English languages (oral and in writing);
Observe the norms, principles and code of conduct of the Organization.
