Project Manager / Project Manager in Unity Platform NGO

Work format: hybrid (partly offline in Kharkiv, partly remote)

Type of employment: part-time

Form of cooperation: contract until April 2026 with the possibility of extension

Location: mandatory physical presence in Kharkiv

Main duties:
coordination of project implementation in accordance with the approved plan and requirements donor;
interaction with partners, contractors and the project team;
preparation of reporting (narrative and operational), participation in the preparation of financial data together with the accounting department;
monitoring of the implementation of activities, compliance with deadlines and indicators;
communication with international partners in English.
Requirements for the candidate:
mandatory knowledge of the English language (oral and written communication);
experience in project management (experience in the public or humanitarian sector will be an advantage);
understanding of the project cycle, the logic of donor programs, reporting;
responsibility, systematicity, the ability to work with several tasks in parallel;
residence and willingness to work in the city of Kharkiv.
