GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

GOGreenlandia in partnership with the Danish Refugee Council in Ukraine(DRC) invites a mmanager of the project, who will be responsible for the effective planning, coordination and control of the implementation of the project aimed at supporting the population affected by the armed conflict in the Kharkiv region, as well as women who have survived or are at risk of gender-based violence.

Main tasks:

• Strategic planning and general management of all stages of project implementation;
• Development, monitoring and control budget, ensuring rational and transparent use of resources;
• Risk management, prompt decision-making and adjustment of plans if necessary;
• Project presentation at meetings with donors, partners, local authorities and other interested parties;
• Leading the team: distribution of functions, setting tasks, holding regular meetings, monitoring implementation;
• Ensuring adherence to donor standards, requirements of humanitarian principles and internal policies of the organization;
• Monitoring the progress of project implementation, control of deadlines, indicators and quality of implementation activities;
• Preparation of analytical, final and interim reports, including evaluation of results and recommendations for improvement;
• Coordination of external interaction with service providers, contractors and partners;
• Ensuring effective communication within the team and with key stakeholders.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in management positions is mandatory(preferably in the public sector or international organizations);
• Good communication skills - both oral and written;
• Strategic planning and team coordination skills;
• Confident command of Ukrainian and English languages (oral and in writing);
• Follow the norms, principles and code of conduct of the Organization.

Working hours:From Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00.
