Project manager/Project manager in Platforma socialnih zmin

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of social sciences, management or economics
• At least 1 year of project management experience
• Knowledge of project planning, implementation and monitoring methods
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate the work of project participants
• High level of communication and ability to work with documentation
• Ability to plan and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel around Ukraine and abroad

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of international projects and programs in the field of entrepreneurship development
• Organization and holding of training events for entrepreneurs and civil society organizations
• Involvement and communication with contractors
• Coordination of all administrative procedures related to the implementation of international projects (consortium meetings, foreign business trips, project activities/events); 
• Managing the budget and coordinating with the financial manager (planning and spending according to the budget)
• Coordinating the work of the team and monitoring the performance of tasks
• Working with teams of teachers and mentors
• Helping build sustainable partnerships with educational institutions
• Involve universities in projects, agree on participation, presentations, performances
• Research the market, trends, competitors, topics and experts. Identify potential niches for launching new courses
• Collection and systematization of reporting documents, control of their correctness
• Participation in the preparation of necessary project reporting, including databases, photos and other materials
