Project Manager

Location: Kyiv / office 9-18.00 Mon-Fri — Left Bank) Format: full-time

We are looking for a project manager who will organize processes, meet deadlines and be able to keep several projects under control.

What will be required to do:

• Plan and launch new projects (educational, event, creative, etc.)
• Organize a team, form timelines, track deadlines
• Coordinate the work of designers, marketers, copywriters, contractors
• Communicate with clients / partners / team
• Form reporting, briefings, protocols and other project documentation
• Optimize internal processes, improve the project management system

Important:

• Experience in project management from 1 year (with live cases)
• Ability to structure chaos, think analytically and at the same time not lose flexibility
• High level of independence and proactivity
• Team approach and good communication skills
• High level of command of Ukrainian, English - preferably Intermediate+

Would be a plus:

• Experience in events, training, production or creative industries
• Experience working with several projects simultaneously
