Project manager in River Mall, TRC

We are looking for an experienced project managerwho will be able to methodologically take control of the management of the initial stage of the project for the construction of a new plant for the production of building materials with the expectation of further management and implementation of the project

Qualification and skills:

• Experience of independent project management from "0" to implementation
• Experience of project budget formation and management.
• Systematic thinking, high organization
• Ability to plan, organize and control the execution of project tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with all parties of the project, negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the English language at level sufficient for negotiations with foreign contractors
• Ability to motivate and coordinate the work of the project team
• Knowledge of PMBOK methodologies
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
• Knowledge of MS Project
• Experience as a project manager in construction projects is desirable
• Practical experience in managing large and complex projects

 Basic responsibilities:

• Project implementation management from the initial stage of planning and design
• Development of a detailed project plan with definition of goals, stages, resources and deadlines
• Creation of work schedules, budgets and monitoring of their compliance
• Formation of the project team, distribution of duties and responsibilities among project participants
• Analysis of the implementation of the plan, detection of deviations and adoption of measures for their adjustment.
• Coordination of work with contractors, negotiations with European technology contractors
• Interaction with all interested parties, including customers, contractors, suppliers and local authorities.
• li>Maintenance of project documentation, preparation of regular reports, organization and conducting of meetings and presentations on the status of the project for senior management.
