Project manager/Project manager in Rescue Now

Rescue Now is an international fund created by Ukrainians for the sake of Ukraine. Helped more than 400,000 people. The purpose of the fund is to help the civilian population of Ukraine, because it is the civilian population that holds the rear, supports the army and gives motivation to the defenders to return our lands.

Now we are looking to our team Project Manager for the Patronage project, the goal of which is to create a large-scale support system for the elderly.

Duties:

• Development of strategy and project implementation plan
• Team selection
• Coordination of team work
• Approval of communication strategy, media materials, presentation of the project in the media space

• Regular monitoring of project progress, problem solving and tracking of tasks.
• Ensuring high quality of services and products provided to older people.
• Project budget development and monitoring of its compliance .
• Keeping records of expenses and income, drawing up financial reports.?
• Analysis of project results.
• Regular provision of reports and updates for donors, partners and the public.< /li>
• Maintenance of necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, reports and other important documents.
• Preparation of final reports for donors, partners and management

Requirements:

• Experience working with vulnerable population groups
• Good communication skills
• Experience in project management from 1 year
• Experience in drafting and project budget management
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Knowledge of English at Intermediate level
• Readiness to study
