The Frontline company is engaged in the development and production of robotic systems for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. Our mission is to save human lives by robotizing the army. We are creating complex technical solutions that are changing the rules of warfare right now. We have formed an experienced and well-coordinated team of robotics engineers, programmers and designers, which is expanding and is looking for specialists in various fields, including a project manager who will manage the development of a product to improve the military infrastructure using advanced technologies .We do not expect full compliance with all the requirements below, we welcome the desire and ability to learn new things. Taking into account the specifics of the work, we are currently considering only candidates from Kyiv or those who have the opportunity to come regularly to conduct joint development and testing. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to organize work in a team and motivate her achievement of high results. The ability to quickly make decisions and manage conflict situations. What a plus: technical education or understanding of the technical aspects of robotics. What you need to do: Manage the project from start to finish (planning, control of the development of robotic systems, organization of robotics tests on the test site, etc.). Coordinate the team (10+ people): engineers, designers, testers. Control resources and deadlines, analyze risks and develop strategies for their minimization. Communicate effectively with all process stakeholders.
