ROKADA BF announces a competition for the position -
Project manager (project coordinator)
The project is aimed at supporting internally displaced persons and other vulnerable groups, with a special focus on improving access for the less mobile population. Assistance will be provided to people evacuated from frontline communities. The activity will be implemented in the Kherson and Sumy regions.

Main tasks
coordinating the project and ensuring the achievement of its goals;
supporting the protection of the rights and freedoms of IDPs, children, victims of war and other vulnerable categories;
monitoring the implementation of activities and managing project processes;
ensuring effective interaction of all participants of the project;
organization and control of daily work processes;
preparation of reporting documentation, compliance with deadlines and donor requirements;
coordination of cooperation with state authorities, local self-government and public organizations;
performance of additional tasks within the project;
observance of humanitarian principles and standards.
Main requirements
higher education;
experience in data management and project documentation management;
skills in organizing team work;
confident user of Microsoft Office;
relevant experience in coordinating processes and multitasking;
ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment;
ability to determine priorities, make informed decisions;
previous experience in humanitarian or human rights organizations will be an advantage;
high motivation, responsibility, attention to details.
