A modern, innovative manufacturing enterprise for the production of metal structures for industrial purposes requires an engineering service: Manager of order support for the production of metal structures Requirements: high technical; general education from 5 years in the field of facility construction, in the management of projects for the production of metal structures of varying complexity; successful experience in managing full-cycle projects: from negotiating and signing contracts to delivering structures to the customer and signing certificates of completion of work (in the field of metal structures production - an advantage); ability to read drawings, technical documentation, understanding of MK quality standards; experience in maintaining project documentation; excellent communication skills skills, result-oriented; confident PC user (office package), 1-C, AutoCAD. Responsibilities: Market analysis of metal structures consumers, identifying potential consumers and customers, visiting specialized exhibitions, organizing and participating in them; Negotiating with top officials of companies, top managers, responsible persons for concluding transactions, projects for the production of metal structures. Coordination of plans, deadlines, requirements, budgets for orders, conclusion of contracts. Control of the production of metal structures in accordance with the project agreement in terms of timing, quality and timely delivery of their order to consumers. Monitoring the availability of a full package of documents for the project, signing and timely provision of documents to the responsible persons of the consumer. Control of the receipt of funds and the timing of their receipt in accordance with the project agreement. Close communication with the heads of departments participating in the project.
