Your tasks will be: responsibility for the calendar plan and timely ordering of relevant products within the company, internal project document flow, selection of communities according to donor criteria, basic communication with the donor, approval of all materials with the donor, provision of project reporting. personnel accounting, you follow changes in legislation, you work confidently with Word, Excel, organization, literacy, system and results orientation, the ability to communicate effectively, attentiveness and pro-activity, independence, responsibility and the desire for continuous self-development.
