Project Manager (PMP certification) in Kindgeek

A dynamic software engineering firm is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead a significant project for a governmental office specializing in marine and aviation operations. The ideal candidate will manage the creation and deployment of a cloud-based solution to optimize the scheduling and staffing of various operations. This position requires a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a robust background in software development projects, ideally within maritime or scientific research fields.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Lead a team of developers, analysts, and testers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project communications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and resources.

Ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with large-scale cloud-based software projects.
• PMP certification required; Scrum Master is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
