What is needed to do in the position of Project Manager (PM) Department of Management projects :

• Management and coordination of projects;
• Coordination of the process of pre-project analysis of new and management of current projects;
• Project planning, resources, risks, budget;
• Continuous work with the project team, willingness to train and develop the team;
• Ability to choose and apply effective tools for project management;
• Preparation of information about the status and results of project implementation for maintenance management;
• Communication with various departments of the Bank, collection and analysis;
• Communication with external contractors

Our expectations:

• Experience as a project manager (priority in the financial field or IT) from 1 year;

• Project implementation experience;

• Understanding banking products, services and processes will be an advantage;

• Using Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall in practice;

• < p>Willingness to perform the role of PM as well as the role of Scrum Master;

• < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"> Strong analytical and communication skills, developed logical thinking.< /span>
