Project Manager (PM) in Kovalska A.I., FOP

Our client - Miltek company invites to the team an ambitious PM (PM)to work on critically important projects.

The main areas of PM activity:

PM area:

— Creation and maintaining project documentation such as TOR and Project Technical Description

— Determine resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage their development and implementation

— Evaluate and plan the roadmap (roadmap) of project implementation together with the team

Leadership team management:

— Manage, monitor and motivate the team assigned to the project

Anticipate problems before they occur and collaborate with the relevant staff to develop solutions

— Conducting one-on-one meetings and meetings (1-2-1) with team members to evaluate performance

Close collaborationThe successful candidate's knowledge and skills:

- Team management (conducting 1-2-1, performance review)

- Confident user of project management systems(Jira, Worksection, Trello, Asana, etc)

- Confident user of accompanying tools

- Practical experience SDLC 

-English language (B1)

Would be preferred: 

- Knowledge in the field of aircraft design Knowledge in the field of radio-video engineering

- Experience in the development and design of hardware projects

- Experience in programming or systems engineering
