The e-commerce department of the VARUS company invites to the team Manager of the project "Planned delivery" Objectives of the position: Ensuring the operational activities of the address delivery departmentTasks: Project management: cooperation with the team on the development and improvement of the processes of planned delivery. Selection, training and on-boarding of couriers Planning and dispatching: management of a team of dispatchers who coordinate the work of couriers, planning changes and loading for couriers Constant improvement of operational indicators: on a daily basis will monitor the achievement of key indicators of courier delivery (timeliness, cost).
