Functional duties: organization of preliminary evaluation of new product ideas in the direction of the "In-bulk and Contract" project portfolio before the start of work on the project; organization solving problematic issues that arise during the evaluation of product ideas; monitoring and providing information to the head of the department about the progress of the preliminary evaluation of ideas in the direction of the project portfolio — "In-bulk and Contract"; providing a proposal regarding the feasibility and way of continuing work on the project; proposal of a strategy for the implementation of projects within the project portfolios of the direction and responsibility for its compliance; formation of the project schedule and control of its implementation; formation of the project budget and control of its compliance; organization of planned and/or unplanned revaluation of projects for compliance with initial financial indicators after each key stage of the project and/or in the case of changes in the projects in accordance with the specified rules and procedures. Provision of proposals for their improvement; participation in the preparation of information for the formation of analytics on the project portfolio; reporting requirements. Requirements for candidates: higher education in the field of project management, management, pharmaceutical production - desirable; work experience as a project manager or business development manager with 2 years of experience working on international projects; knowledge and understanding of the main stages and regulatory requirements for bringing In-bulk and Contract products to the market; knowledge and understanding of project management principles; ability to plan work in MS Project; understanding of the principles of calculating the economic indicators of projects; English - not lower than Intermediate.
