Type ofcooperation: Part-time upto20hours per week, remote ⚡️ Your responsibilities onthe project willbe: Familiarize yourself with existing project documentation, codebase, and communication history. Conduct aroot cause analysis toidentify reasons for delays, bugs, and missed features. Re-evaluate project scope and prioritize critical features for completion within arealistic timeframe. Negotiate arevised project scope and timeline with the client, focusing onachieving stability and core functionality. Develop adetailed recovery plan outlining clear deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation. Manage communication with the client, setting clear expectations and keeping them informed ofprogress and challenges. Proactively address client concerns and manage their expectations. Facilitate communication and collaboration between development teams, designers, and the client. Motivate and inspire ateam that may have experienced setbacks and potential burnout. Foster aculture ofaccountability and problem-solving within the team. Develop contingency plans tomitigate potential risks that could further derail the project. Create aphased closure plan ifcompleting the project isdeemed unfeasible. Manage client expectations during closure byproviding clear handover procedures and documentation. Handle projects within budget/scope/time/quality constraints. Provide client and internal reporting for main project KPIs. Assist inresourcing decisions (who can betaken towork onthe project, etc.). Efficiently manage your workload. Assist incritical support issues where your experience isrequired. Share knowledge, insights, best practices and ideas. Contribute regularly todiscussions regarding internal process and system improvements inorder toensure maximum efficiency across the company. You can bepart ofthe following team: E-comm project: 3Engineers + QA + PO/Design/DevOps ondemand Outstaff projects: DEV + QA + Designer andtheir combinations 🗞 Our requirements toyou: 8+months ofcommercial experience for the position Project Manager inoutsourcing/outstaffing company; Advanced English level; 📩Good theoretical and practical knowledge: Proven experience with project management methodologies, preferably Agile, for managing projects and adapting tochanging priorities. Understanding ofweb development best practices, quality assurance processes, and bug-fixing methodologies. Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills tomanage client expectations, address concerns and facilitate communication between all parties. Skill tosay “No” toclients ismust have Ability tomotivate and lead ateam that may befacing challenges Good analytical and problem-solving skills toassess the current state ofthe project, identify root causes ofissues, and develop solutions. Ability toidentify and mitigate potential risks that could further derail the project.
