We are a B2B company aimed at organizing educational trips abroad for business representatives in order to exchange experience. Our mission is to provide intensive educational opportunities for the development of Ukrainian business. We believe in creating a unique experience for our clients and building partnerships for joint development. We are currently looking for a proactive project manager to join the team, who will organize international tours (trips) for our partners. Your area of ​​influence: Preparation and implementation of online projects and offline Organization of trips abroad, including planning and coordination Search and communication with speakers and event partners Development and approval of project plans, budgets Maintenance of project documentation Ensuring a high level of quality of project implementation Accompanying participants in group trips abroad What we expect from you: Fluent English (communication with speakers and partners in English) Communication and leadership qualities Experience working with contractors (setting technical tasks and monitoring execution) Ability to plan and effectively manage time Flexibility and ability to adapt to frequent changes Will be a plus: Sales skills Experience in organizing offline and online events To join our team and contribute to the implementation of our projects, send your applications!
