We are looking for someone who: is passionate about making a difference in online education; is confident that learning can be effective and fun at the same time; wants to create a product that really helps people and changes their lives; wants to be part of a team that supports and inspires each other to create better educational content. Tasks you will perform: shaping the range of your product group; organizing the development of new products; product life cycle management; new product launch management and sales coordination of existing products. Improving the metrics of your product group; searching for reserves for sales growth; creating a list of tasks for the sprint, finalizing and editing for each product, setting deadlines and responsible parties; coordinating all members of the project group; formulating recommendations to improve the course based on the results of feedback and analytics; connecting new experts to the company's system; determining the budget for each product. Requirements: experience in online education from 2 years; personal interest in the topic of Psychology, Coaching; the ability to quickly delve into any topic; be able to evaluate the product on a large scale to see opportunities for improvement; experience in project management; experience of interaction with experts and lecturers (preferably); experience in creating and launching educational courses will be an advantage.
