Requirements: 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in the IT field. Understanding of methodologies; Interface prototyping; Adjustment of processes; Knowledge of the principles of web programming and mobile development; High communication skills, the ability to competently justify technical decisions, verbally and in writing; The ability to correctly measure and increase the results of the work of the development department; Experience in managing people (organization of team work); Skills of drawing up a work plan, technical tasks for programmers. Fluency in English. Your duties will include: Collection of requirements for the project; Setting tasks for team members; Management of the planning process (definition of the plan and preparation for the completion of the project), management of project document management; Analysis of ready-made technical solutions, selection of the best based on the received data; Control of delays in the execution of tasks by the project; Communicating with the client's team, setting up the workflow (development, testing, working according to requirements); What we have prepared for you: Competitive salary.
