Project Manager (Office-based)

Introduction: We’re looking for a PM with a relevant university degree or experience in SDLC.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective work, monitor task statuses, and track time spent.
• Develop and maintain internal project management processes.
• Manage project risks.
• Optimize resources for project execution.
• Plan and budget projects.
• Prepare reports.
• Draft task requirements and maintain project documentation.
• Organize and participate in test outings, and communicate with third parties.
• Handle a large number of incoming variables, constantly adapting project plans to external influences.
• Team size: 10+ people.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PM.
• Relevant University Degree OR Commercial experience in SDLS (as a QA or Software developer).
• Experience in managing project budgets.
• Experience in writing documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to quickly solve problems and handle unusual situations.
• Flexibility to change priorities and estimates.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in managing hardware projects.
• Knowledge of basic concepts in electronics, engineering, and physics.
