Ukrainian House has a vacancy for a project manager of the youth program.
We are looking for a proactive and motivated professional who is ready to take responsibility for the development and implementation of youth cultural initiatives that will inspire and involve young people in cultural life .

RESPONSIBILITIES
- development and implementation of youth programs in the field of culture
- development of marketing and communication materials for popularization of the program
- collection and analysis of feedback from program participants, evaluation of project effectiveness and preparation of reports
- organization and coordination of events, workshops, lectures, trainings and other cultural events for young people
- participation in the preparation and writing of press releases, announcements, information materials for the website and social networks
- ability to effectively adjust work processes and make decisions
- experience working with youth audiences and knowledge of the specifics of their needs and interests

- knowledge of modern cultural trends and interest in youth cultural initiatives
- well-developed analytical, communication and presentation skills

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- higher education
- experience of a project manager, development and implementation of projects in the field of culture
- professional experience of at least 2 years
- oral and written literacy, excellent command of the Ukrainian language
- official employment, paid vacation and sick leave
- full employment
- working hours - Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or part-time. Salary is discussed at the interview and depends on the schedule and scope of work.
