Ukrainian Humanitarian Fund project manager in Fight for right

Fight For Right is a human rights organization of people with disabilities that works for the observance of the rights of people with disabilities in Ukraine. After the full-scale invasion, we created an international emergency response initiative to help Ukrainian women and men with disabilities.< br/>
To strengthen the work of our team, we are looking for a project manager in the humanitarian field to coordinate cooperation with the Ukrainian Humanitarian Fund (UHF).

Responsibilities: 

• Development and implementation of projects in the field of humanitarian support for people with disabilities;

• Management of project teams and executors;

• Participation in writing grant applications, communication with donors and partners, coordination of cooperation with UHF;

• Monitoring and evaluation of project results;

• Preparation of reports for donors;

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in the field of management, social work, humanities or a related field;

• Project management experience of at least 1 year;

• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than B2 (fluent communication with donors orally and in writing);

• Excellent communication and written skills;

• Analytical skills and ability to work with data;

• Organizational abilities and the ability to manage a team;

• Independence in organizing work processes and the ability to work in multitasking mode;

• Experience in the humanitarian field and experience with UN agencies will be an advantage.
