What to do:
- development, implementation and further support of transactional products for KB clients;
- improvement of existing transactional products for KB clients.
- improvement of customer service processes on transactional products
- conducting transaction services market analysis
- preparation business cases and road maps (roadmap)
What will be needed for this:
- work experience in a bank of 3 years or more in the banking sector, preferably in transactional business for J&O, project management, product management or implementation of payment solutions.
- understanding of unit economics, tariffs, cost of transactions, construction of business cases
- understanding of the product line for corporate clients;
- experience of working in the field of foreign exchange, experience of working with ESCROW accounts, deposits and settlement and cash service of corporate business clients - desirable.
- knowledge of methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban), the ability to manage the full project cycle — from initiation to launch, will be an advantage
- analytical mindset, customer orientation, high level of communication skills, honesty, ability to learn quickly.
