In order to realize our mission, we are preparing to bring it to life important and mission project - reintegration of children who were illegally deported by Russia and returned to Ukraine.
We are looking for experienced and inspired A project manager who is ready to implement a complex idea and join in creating the future of Ukraine.
The pilot project of reintegration aims to restore the psycho-emotional state of children and to restore their sense of closeness and security, help participants find their place in Ukraine, build their new relationship with it. The preparation of the program involves the development of a program of classes for different age categories: children, young people and separately for guardians, as well as complex work with experts, state institutions, public organizations and structures that deal with the extensive and complex process of reintegration and return of illegally deported people.
Areas of responsibility :
Development of a program for the reintegration of children who were illegally deported by Russia and returned to Ukraine;
Involvement of experts in the development of the program and responsibility for its readiness for implementation;
Coordination of the project team, which will consist of people from different departments of the organization;
Launch of the pilot project in the summer of 2024;
Development andcontrol of the approved budget, systematic reporting and compliance with project deadlines;
Finding and implementing solutions to scale up the project.
What is important to us:
Successful experience of coordination and implementation of projects of various scales from 3 years (advantages will be given to projects specifically in education);
Experience in coordinating and managing teams;
Experience of working with budgets from various funding sources;
Experience in building a partner network and the ability to integrate several partners from different fields in one project;
Experience working with children from vulnerable categories, understanding their needs and the specifics of working with them will be an advantage;
Fluency in the Ukrainian language and knowledge of the English language from level B2 (for communication with international partners and preparation of reports);
Readiness for business trips.
