In connection with the active development and expansion of the network not only in the offline environment, but also online, we need a specialist who can develop, manage and develop the direction of the company in the online space, in a new position for us, namelyOnline store project manager.

So you will be:

  • Ensure the relevance of data and their timely updating on all online resources of the company.
  • Initiate the development of content to fill online resources (banners, photos, videos, icons, articles, product descriptions, etc.).
  • Fill online sales platforms with content (photos, videos, articles, product descriptions, etc.).< /li>
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of all online resources, through regular testing, auditing and interaction with contractors.
  • Analyze the behavioral patterns of users on online resources, and develop new tools to improve the user experience on our resources, as well as the duration of their stay.
  • Monitor and ensure positive sales dynamics on online resources.
  • Initiate the development of new and actualization of existing UTP, in order to ensure the implementation of the sales plan.
  • Initiate and approve new planned indicators, which are always growth-oriented.
  •  Initiate, seek approval and participate in the development of new sales channels on the Internet.
  • Work with contractors to improve functionality, correct malfunctions, develop new tools and sales channels, promote online resources, sign contracts and additional agreements, etc.
  • Create and maintain a calendar of publication, product updates, improvements and ensure compliance with all established deadlines.
  • Coordinate your actions with all employees of the company who affect the operation of online resources.
  • Initiate, approve, develop and participate in the implementation of new channels of communication and influence on the client.
  • Process customer orders, through communication in messengers or phone calls, if necessary (the customer left a note about the need to clarify the order; lack of goods in warehouses, suspicious orders, etc.).
< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">We can consider your candidacy if you have:

  • Experience in writing technical specifications for contractors, support in the development process and acceptance of work ready for handover.
  • Knowledge and ability to work with CMS platforms (Open Cart, Wordpress, Khorosop) for content filling, creation and editing of texts, photos, videos and other media materials.
  • Understanding the basics of search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing in search engines (SEM) to increase the visibility of the company's online resources.
  • Ability to work with analytical tools (Google Analytics) to analyze user behavior, track sales dynamics and determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Skills for planning, organizing and controlling the execution of tasks, coordinating work with contractors and internal teams .
  • Experience with: 1C, CRM, ERP
  • Skills of effective communication with clients through various channels (messengers, phone calls), ability to process orders and solve problems.
