Qualifications and experience. Your role: Work with the contractual basis for the organization of payment acceptance (utility payments, services of Internet/telecom providers, etc.); Optimization of the process of organization of payment acceptance (in the mobile application, on the bank page, in PTKS, at cash registers); Coordination, control of network employees to the Bank with the aim of providing professional support to the Bank's clients throughout all stages of cooperation with FUIB; Administrative support of contracts, technical documentation, internal normative documents of the Bank within the framework of projects on work with the Bank's retail clients. Performing UA/UX testing in the Bank's software environments and self-service terminals; Development of cash channels for accepting bank payments (Bank cash desks/PTKS), including analysis of existing payment solutions on the Ukrainian market and implementation/optimization of products/services in the channels of accepting cash payments in accordance with customer needs; Participation in the automation and optimization of payment acceptance processes (bank cash registers/ PTKS), setting technical tasks for finalizing the bank's software for accepting payments /implementation of new functionality; Work with analytical data (formulation of reports, etc.) regarding the operation of payment acceptance channels and service provision services.
