What you need to do: communication with volunteers, charities by foundations and organizations; preparation of newsletters for the content of social networks and other external communication channels; mailing to partners about news and important events of the project; verification of reports from the participants of Humanitarian Mail; introduction of document flow for their projects; weekly analytics on the results of activities; communication and preparation of materials with compatible departments of the company; implementation of other interesting projects that bring our victory closer every day. We expect from you: experience of working in a similar position in a structural business; analytical abilities and the ability to independently search for information; experience of working with agencies - the ability to clearly set tasks for contractors, monitor progress execution, reporting; experience with document management; confident PC user (MS Office, excellent knowledge of Excel, Word); orientation to achieving results, proactivity, stress resistance, flexibility; experience in the field of communications and working with non-profit organizations will be an advantage.
