- Technical support of TCHU organizations in regions assigned to a specialist-coordinator, as well as on request to other regions in the controlled territory for providing assistance to the population.
- Monitoring visits to TCHHU organizations.
- Coordination with partners in the Movement, other organizations, services, local authorities operating on the ground regarding the implementation of measures to provide assistance to the population.
- Coordination and communication with employees of other departments and divisions of the TCHU at the national and regional levels.
- Supporting personnel in the regions regarding the planning and organization of providing assistance to the population.
- Training for community assistance teams.
- Collection and assessment of needs and additional information from TCHHU organizations regarding the areas of activity of the Department for providing assistance to the population.
- Control of reporting deadlines from TCHHU organizations.
- Providing reports on the activities of the region to the Head of the Department on a quarterly basis.
- Performance of other tasks from the Head of the department related to the activities of the direction of providing assistance to the population.
- Coordinating and communicating with employees of other departments and divisions of the NC TCHHU.
- Performing other tasks from the Head of the Department related to the activities of the direction of providing assistance to the population.
