We are looking for a talented and energetic project manager to join our team to implement the first urban study of the city of Lutsk. The main goal of this project is a thorough analysis of the current state of the city and the development of recommendations for the further development and improvement of its infrastructure, transport system, social services, public spaces and other aspects of city life. Responsibilities: Management of all areas of the project, including planning, implementation and evaluation of results. Organization of work with stakeholders, including local authorities, public organizations and other interested parties. Management of the project budget and resources. Ensuring timely completion of tasks and achievement of project goals. Data analysis and preparation of reports on work progress and achieved results. Participation in profile activities and their organization. Work with the communication department to promote the project among the CA. Develop and conduct partner campaigns for the implementation of research solutions. Project coordination with other partner organizations participating in urban research. Requirements: Experience in project management, preferably in urban (architectural, construction) projects. Excellent communication skills and work experience with different types of stakeholders. High level of organizational and analytical skills. Knowledge of methods of research and analysis of the urban environment will be an advantage.
