What you need to do: communication with volunteers, charitable foundations and organizations; preparation of information drives for the content of social networks and other external communication channels; sending news and important project events to partners; verification of reports from members of the Humanitarian Post; introduction of document flow for its projects; weekly analysis of activity results; communication and preparation of materials with compatible departments of the company; implementation of other interesting projects that bring our victory closer every day. We expect from you: work experience in a similar position in structural business; analytical abilities and the ability to independently search for information; experience working with agencies - the ability to clearly set tasks for contractors, monitor the progress of execution, reporting; experience with document management; confident PC user (MS Office, excellent knowledge of Excel, Word); orientation towards achieving results, proactivity, stress resistance, flexibility; experience in the field of communications and working with non-profit organizations will be an advantage.
