The team of KFC Microcredit of FUIB is opening a vacancy for a project manager. Online lending of FOP. 

Desired:

• Ambition, proactivity, desire solve non-standard tasks, engage in the development of online lending of private enterprises and achieve high results in work. 
• Skills for working on the Creatio platform (CRM, Credit Front) and with ODB Scrooge (Sirius). 
• Experience in preparing Power Point presentations. 
• Ability to work with Miro, Confluence, Jira.

Your Role:

• Active participation in the development of product sales, customer attraction channels , sales campaigns. 
• Organization and support of the support of clients and managers of Bank branches regarding work with microcredit products. 
• Work in the direction of studying and improving the customer experience in FOP lending. 
• Interaction with the bank's departments regarding the management of the incoming flow of applications, management of the sales funnel, launch of customer attraction campaigns and analysis of their results. 
• Market analysis, collection and analysis of information, study of the needs and pains of the target segment, analysis of research results and development of ideas for product development and interaction with customers. 
• Participation in product development together with the development team. 
• Preparation of presentational and analytical materials on work results, directions of product and process development.
