Your future function: project management in the field of financial monitoring and compliance, promoting their timely and successful implementation; preparing and providing reports on the status of project implementation; support and improvement of project activity processes; support and improvement of the project management system. Our candidate has: education: higher (economic, technical or in the field of exact sciences), qualification level - specialist or master's degree; work experience in the field of project management - at least 2- x years; knowledge of project activity standards and practical experience of using project management systems and project portfolios, project management process automation tools; knowledge of banking processes; knowledge of PowerBi, SQL. Skills and experience in working with JIRA, Confluence systems in project activities (preferred); experience in the field of financial monitoring / compliance and/or support of automation or process optimization projects in this field; experience in IT project management, support and development of technical tasks, business implementation - analysis in the field of risk management, automation of financial monitoring and compliance processes; understanding of the principles of applying statistical models, development and automation of management reporting, channels for sending it to controlling bodies. knowledge of the English language - a level not lower than pre-intermediate; high level of responsibility, excellent communication skills , leadership ability, goal-oriented, result-oriented.
